The Esoteric Mentoring Foundation provides structured mentorship, financial literacy education, life-skills training, and community outreach programs designed to empower youth, strengthen families, and support veterans throughout Southern California.

Mentorship & Leadership Development
Our Mentorship and Leadership Development program provides structured one on one and group guidance designed to promote personal growth, academic achievement, discipline, and positive decision making among youth and young adults.
Through consistent mentorship, accountability, and real-world skill building, participants gain the confidence, leadership ability, and direction needed to pursue long term success and positive community engagement.
Financial Literacy & Workforce Readiness
The Financial Literacy and Workforce Readiness program equips individuals and families with practical tools for long-term economic stability.
Participants receive hands-on education in budgeting, credit awareness, entrepreneurship, career preparation, and job readiness empowering them to build sustainable income, financial confidence, and generational opportunity.
Family Support & Life-Skills Training
Our Family Support and Life-Skills Training program strengthens households through education, advocacy, and compassionate guidance.
We provide parenting resources, communication tools, emotional wellness support, and daily life skills development that promote stability, healthy relationships, and long-term family resilience.
Reentry Support
The Reentry Support program provides comprehensive guidance for individuals transitioning back into the community after incarceration.
Services include housing navigation, employment readiness, mentorship, and emotional support helping participants restore stability, rebuild confidence, and create a successful path forward for themselves and their families.
Parent Training, Parent Consultation & IEP Advocacy (BCBA)
Professional behavioral and educational support designed to empower families and ensure children receive the services they deserve.
Led by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schierlynda Brown-Gray, this service supports families of children experiencing behavioral, developmental, or educational challenges.
Through training and consultation, parents receive evidence-based strategies to use at home, focusing on emotional regulation, positive behavior, and healthy development.
Our team also provides IEP advocacy and guidance, assisting parents with school meeting preparation, plan reviews, and advocating for necessary educational accommodations.
Services may include parent coaching, behavior strategy development, one-on-one consultations, IEP preparation, and advocacy support.
Youth Behavioral Support & Development
Esoteric Mentoring Foundation provides youth behavioral support services designed to help children and adolescents develop emotional regulation, positive coping skills, and healthy decision-making abilities. Our programs focus on supporting youth who may be experiencing behavioral challenges, school difficulties, or social struggles.
Through mentorship and structured guidance, youth are encouraged to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop tools that support long-term personal growth.
Support may include mentorship, behavioral guidance, goal setting, emotional regulation strategies, conflict resolution skills, and support for youth navigating academic or social challenges.
Family Stabilization & Reentry Support
Esoteric Mentoring Foundation offers family stabilization and reentry support services designed to assist individuals and families navigating major life transitions. These services focus on rebuilding stability, strengthening family relationships, and providing mentorship and guidance during challenging circumstances.
Programs may support individuals reentering the community, families rebuilding structure and communication, and parents seeking guidance and stability for their households.
Support may include mentorship, family communication support, parenting guidance, resource navigation for employment and education, and connections to community-based programs that promote long-term success.
Family Empowerment
The Family Empowerment program focuses on strengthening the foundation of our communities through holistic support, education, and advocacy.
